Original HIBBARD CRUISER logo kept intact. This old original hardware store company originating just as Chicago was rising as a city in the1850's came to be known as the True Value Hardware chain. It is 16" tall to the rolled metal top. 20" from across the front wheel hub caps, the back hub caps are missing, some expected tire wear with removable over paint to rubber.
