ROYAL Alpha 580 Cash Management System Store Register with Keys. Register works and comes with two keys which are used to turn the register on/program it, and unlock the printer paper cover and the cash drawer.  The included keys unlock the cash drawer but do not allow you to open the drawer. The register has to be on and have an amount tendered to open the drawer.
The upright display screen has had one of its clips broken off, so the plastic cover is not perfectly secured. I'm sure it could be glued or even taped back together, but I want to be honest about the damage! The machine still works perfectly fine.
Please note: these machines have programming instructions that are specific to each model! If you try to follow instructions for a different model, it will not work properly.  Instructions can be easily located online and I'm happy to help with programming if you message me!
