Score and snap hard porcelain tiles! Fits tiles up to 48" long and features a flex free, flat guide bar with magnetic retractable breaker foot. This tile cutter can rip straight and diagonal cuts with swing out extension legs for large format tiles.
All new compact design:
This is a brand new generation of tile cutter from Troxell USA, and has been designed and tested by the owner over several months before going into production and manufacturing. It is quite capable of cutting large 48" tiles with ease when used by a professional tile setter. Professional tile setters will enjoy the lightweight design, and fast and accurate scoring mechanism.
Comes with 1/2" carbide wheel pre-installed. I'll get some replacement cutter blades listed soon here, and try and offer a variation that comes with spare blades 08/03/2020.
Shipping:
This item requires an extra day to prepare the order for shipping. The jKirkerx store will open the box and reinforce the contents of the cutter so that the parts don't move around during shipping, just as an extra pre-caution. We understand that your paying top dollar for this product and don't want any issues with shipping damage when it arrives.
Because of it's size and weight, this item is very expensive to ship. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is very expensive; 5 USD, and I will look for ways to get the shipping cost down to those locations.
Returns:
This tile cutter design has been around for centuries now, and has not changed much in design since. This item is marked no returns, but I will take it back if there is something wrong with it, and your a professional tile setter. This tool is no different than any other professional tool and requires years of experience to operate. This is just a tool in your collection of tools, and you need to know when this is the right tool to use at the right time. It does have limitations of course, and that's part of being a professional tile setter and a master of the trade.
